The previous blog post mentioned a small gap in the rear of the enclosure. The manufacturer has found the issue and already sent corrected samples, which should arrive Monday, November 12th.

As soon as I confirm the new samples are correct, the production enclosure orders can start and things will really get moving. The retail box sample is expected to arrive this weekend, I will be sure to post pictures!

Samples of the press-fit enclosures have arrived, and they work great! From the outside they look exactly the same as before. They also fix the issue with some units where the circuit board could slide back into the enclosure juuuust enough to push the switch into read-only mode. (more…)
